We would love to welcome you at our Agroecology Learning Centre in Chaseyama. Nestled in the hills, it offers a tranquil atmosphere perfect for an independent getaway, with your friends and family, or for a more formal group gathering.
The multi-purpose hall and several gazebos onsite make it a good place for conferences and workshops with outdoor activities.
Accommodation is simple but pleasant. We provide comfortable single beds, mosquito nets and bedding. Campers are welcome to bring their own tents, but please check for availability before arriving.
There is an option to be self-catering or we can cater for you, if you would just like to settle back and enjoy the Centre. We do our best to serve you with organic food grown onsite or sourced locally. Very tasty and healthy!
Wi-Fi is available at many strategic locations around the Centre for personal use or office work.
Tours of the PORET Centre are conducted upon request. Tours are part of our educational program, for groups and for individuals to learn about sustainability, water harvesting and agroecology. The Centre usually has warm weather during the year but check with us when you are coming, and we can let you know if you should bring warm clothes or rain gear.
